Ring Blowers were introduced in Japan in 1963 to meet the increasing needs of sophisticated equipment for substantial volumes of oil-free compressed air at moderate pressures. Since that time, these units have gained an unexcelled reputation for performance, reliability and quality in thousands of applications, and in all types of environments and have been constantly improved to meet even more demanding performance, and environmental specifications.

運轉原理
大部份應用離心力型的鼓風機是由一個中心點將能量依突然的方式吐出而轉為風量。
TPG環型鼓風是源於再生的原理,提供較高的壓力與真空。在此款機型中,空氣經由導入管進入並聚集於推進器處。經由離心力作用,空氣被投擲於鑄壁上,並反射回推進器的葉片中。這過程重覆幾次,繼續不斷的累積能量並轉為風量。
Principles of operation
Most standard centrifugal-type blowers impart energy to incoming air by simply hurling it outward from a central point.
TPG Ring Blowers operate on a regenerative principle that provides much higher pressure and vacuum.
In these devices, air enters through an inlet port and is accelerated by the impeller. Through centrifugal force, this air is thrown against the walls of the casing where it is reflected back to the base of the impeller blades. This process is repeated many times during each revolution of the impeller and constantly compounds that energy and acceleration imparted to the incoming air. The overall effect is not unlike that obtained in multi-stage devices. However, in the case of the TPG Ring Blower, the increased output is due to many regenerative cycles that take place during each revolution of the impeller. To meet specific requirement, many combinations of these blowers are possible.
結構
TPG全系列環狀鼓風機是依各種嚴苛要求而設計研製的。外殼為鋁合金以增加堅固紮實並減輕重量並附抗腐蝕性。馬達與風機設計為一體成型以利發揮最優的結構性。不需離合器,齒輪,皮帶或其他刀具可節省週期性的維修成本。
整組機器依力學平衝而設計可減少使用時的振動,以增強可靠性。推進器使用油封,並且是使用雙蓋軸承,以避免外來雜質涉入。
Construction
TPG complete line of Ring Blowers is designed to meet the most critical application requirements and features an impeller and casing manufactured of aluminum alloy for maximum strength, reduced weight and increased corrosion resistance.
The blower and motor are constructed as a unit for mechanical simplicity and maximum structural integrity. The elimination of clutches, gears, belts and/or sliding blades reduces periodic maintenance requirements while increasing reliability.
All units are dynamically balanced to virtually eliminate vibration while increasing overall long-term reliability. All units have oil-seal between impeller and bearing as well as a double shielded bearing to reduce the possibility of foreign material influx and preclude air contamination.
